Throughout this self-guided course, we hope to create an environment for your personal reflection, learning, and action in order to build the habits and skills that promote wellbeing. 

While this journey will look different for every educator, we have three learning goals we hope you take away from this work:

  • You will understand how situations can trigger stress, and that stress can have short-term and long-term physical effects on your body if not addressed.

  • You will understand that there are actionable and manageable practices that exist to help you effectively cope with stress.

  • You will understand that effectively coping with stress can increase agency in your life and teaching practice.
