  • Serving as a strategic Registered Apprenticeship Program Sponsor or Strategic Partner to advance K-12 teacher pipelines. We deliver comprehensive technical assistance, including design, development, sustainability strategic planning, and support to establish partnerships with Local Workforce Development Boards (LWDBs).

  • Providing technical assistance and advisory support to internal stakeholders for Employers or Related Technical Instruction (RTI) Providers engaged in Registered Apprenticeships Programs

  • Developing and implementing strategies to ensure the long-term sustainability of apprenticeship programs, providing ongoing support and resources to maintain program efficacy and impact.

  • Supporting employer and school district partners in identifying talent acquisition and development strategic plans that can be implemented without additional local budget resources, ensuring the long-term viability of K-12 teacher registered apprenticeship programs.

  • Collaborating extensively with Workforce Development Boards (WDBs) to secure partnerships, identify funding opportunities, and streamline access to Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) and other workforce development funding streams.

edwell is honored to sponsor enrichED Pathways, our K-12 Teacher Registered Apprenticeship program, designed to inspire and develop the educators of tomorrow. This exciting new initiative creates exhilarating opportunities for K-12 employers and future educators, shaping a brighter and more sustainable educational landscape.

Through strong partnerships with employers and Educator Prep Programs (EPPs), apprentices can earn their bachelor’s degree and teacher credentials. enrichED Pathways is designed to establish low-cost/no-cost pathways for apprentices, and to support employer partners in developing sustainable strategies for long-term success.

The K-12 Teacher Apprenticeship movement in the U.S. is paving the way for innovative pathways in education, providing real-world training and development for aspiring educators.

Community-based apprenticeship programs are effectively dismantling equity and access barriers, enabling aspiring teachers from diverse backgrounds to attain professional growth and contribute to educational excellence.
